The Police Commissioner has sent a strong warning to cops in leadership positions, who over-look the indiscipline of their juniors.
Owen Ellington says persons in the police force are eager to be promoted, when they have no leadership quality.
He says the force is revamping the promotion procedure, to include a criterion to test the integrity of those seeking promotion.
Commissioner Ellington says some persons seeking promotion should also have good leadership qualities and not years of service.
Commissioner Ellington says he is taking a zero-tolerance approach to indiscipline and delinquent leaders in the police force.
