Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls have now lost their 4th consecutive game to their English counterparts.
This after they suffered a 53-42 loss in Wednesday’s opening game of the 2 tes NCB Sunshine Netball Series.
The English held a slight 13-10 advantage at the end of the 1st quarter, before unforced errors by the Jamaicans saw them falling to a 27-19 deficit at halftime.
Newcomer Jhaniele Fowler helped reduce the deficit to 10 points, but England still held on to take a 41-28 lead going into the 4th and final quarter.
Both teams will now turn their attentions to the 2nd and final game of the series which takes place tomorrow.
