Pizza King delivery agent killed in motor vehicle accident

A 35-year motorcyclist succumbed to injuries after being hit by a motor vehicle on Marvins Park Main Road, in Ocho Rios St. Ann this morning (July 28).

Dead is pizza delivery agent, Michael Lewis, otherwise called Cable, of Exchange District and employed to Pizza King, in Ocho Rios.

Reports are that about 5 a.m. A Toyota Corrolla motor car was heading along the Marvins Park Main Road towards White River, while the motorcyclist was heading in the opposite direction.

 Both vehicles collided.

The motorcyclist sustained injuries and was taken to the St. Ann's Bay Hospital, where he later died.

Police say based on preliminary investigations, Lewis was not wearing a helmet.

The Ocho Rios Traffic Department along with the Area 2 Accident Reconstruction Investigating Unit are probing the matter.
