Beres Hammond’s management is dismissing reports that the veteran singer has throat cancer.

Mervis Walsh, who has represented Beres for over 20 years, rubbished the talks claiming Beres Hammond is fit as a fiddle. She tells Music News that it is disheartening that people would want to spread such rumours and not get the facts.

Beres Hammond’s manager Mervis Walsh is responding after several reports which circulated the internet suggesting Beres has throat cancer and is unable to tour or perform.

The veteran singing sensation who recently wrapped up a tour of Canada is currently on the island and reportedly has good health
