GYPTIAN SNUBBED OF GRAMMY NOM?

Fans, well wishers and many supporters were more than shocked to hear the news that Gyptian was not nominated for the 2011 Grammy’s.

Gyptian who has dominated the reggae category in Jamaica and abroad by recently sweeping the MOBO and the Soul Train Awards this year has been over looked for the coveted title of Best Reggae Album for the Grammy’s

Mean while Vice President of VP Records Christy Barber tells music news that despite artiste like Gyptian and Serani and many others being at the top of their game, they have lost out on recognitions due to votes:

The winners for the 53rd staging of the Grammy Awards will be announced in Los Angeles at the Staples Center on February 13, 2011.
