The memorial service held on Emancipation Day for the late reggae veteran Sugar Minott’s was fairly supported.
However, a concert commemorating Minott’s musical life and legacy held the day prior to the funeral was well supported.
The funeral saw the likes of dignitary such as Dr. Peter Phillips, Dr. Donna Hope, plus a few members of the entertainment fraternity, family, friends and fans.
Sugar Minott, who passed away at hospital on July 10, was laid to rest on Emancipation Day in Hackers Hall in Bog Walk, St. Catherine.
