MY HOUSE NOT SHOT UP SAYS RYNO

Blak Ryno has dismissed reports that his house was shot up.

The former member of the Portmore Empire who made a conscious effort to avoid all questions regarding him leaving the Gaza, claims that it was his neighbour’s house that was shot up and not his. (CLIP)

Since the incident, Vybz Kartel has issued a press release condemning the gun attack on the Waterford home allegedly of former Portmore Empire member Blak Ryno.

Blak Ryno, who had been a member of the popular dancehall crew, the Portmore Empire, since January 2007, announced his decision to depart the crew on Wednesday of this week.

Since the ending of the 2009, the Gaza or Portmore Empire led by dancehall deejay Vybz Kartel has been in shambles. First it was Lisa Hyper who was expelled by the teacher and then Kym formerly Gaza Kim left the camp after being physically assaulted.

The only prominent remaining member of the Gaza or Portmore Empire is Jah Vinci.

The station officially went on air on August 1, 1990. Reggae in the morning, Reggae in the evening, Reggae in the night was the cry. Critics said it was impossible to sustain a 24-hour Reggae music station. In fact, so strong was the impact, it proved that this format was something the Jamaican public yearned for.
