NINJA MAN LEGAL WOES CONTINUE
Ninja Man’s jail saga continues.
The veteran deejay was again remanded to reappear in court on October 27.
Ninja man along with his 20 year old son and two others are charged jointly for the shooting death of Ricardo “Ricky trooper” Johnson. The men attended court yesterday for the continuation of the preliminary enquiry.
The only eyewitness in the case completed her testimony. She told the court that she witnessed trooper being chased by men. The preliminary enquiry is being held to determine whether there is enough evidence to have the case sent to trial at the home circuit court.
The four men are facing charges of murder, conspiracy to murder, and illegal possession of firearm and ammunition.
Police claim that Johnson was shot dead in his yard, in Kingston on march 17 this year after an argument with three men in a car.
Police identified ninja man, who handed himself over to police, while his son was picked up by the police in Ocho Rios, St. Ann, in April.
