SHAGGY SPLITS WITH LONGTIME MANAGER
Shaggy’s longtime manager Robert Livingston is speaking out for the first time since the two have severed ties.
Neither Shaggy nor Robert came forward to make the split official but the separation was very clear to industry players.
In an exclusive Music News interview, the Big Yard entertainment CEO says he no longer manages the international reggae entertainer. Robert Livingston elaborates that though he and Shaggy didn’t have an official conversation about the split, they have been doing there own thing.
Shaggy and Robert Livingston’s partnership dates back to 1993 and got rocky in 2010 when the two allegedly weren’t seeing “eye to eye”.
Music News understands currently Richie loops is the only entertainer signed to Big Yard Entertainment. However, Robert Livingston will be doing work for I-Octane. Christopher Martin and D’Major will also continue to do work with the label.
Numerous efforts by Music News to get Shaggy’s side to the story proved futile.
