VYBZ KARTEL FACES COURT ON WEDNESDAY

Vybz Kartel’s attorneys are expected to make an application for bail when the self-proclaimed world boss makes his court appearance on Wednesday, October 26.

At the dancehall deejay’s last court appearance his legal team was unable to make an application for bail due to the failure to serve them with a particular statement that was allegedly given to the public defender by one of the witnesses in the case.

Music News understands that Vybz Kartel’s attorneys will receive the document at the court hearing on Wednesday. An official also disclosed that bail is iffy depending on the information in the report.

Vybz Kartel who was remanded on Friday, October 15 was recently charged along with two other men, for the July murder of Barrington Burton in Gregory Park, St Catherine.

Kartel has been behind bars for almost a month. He was charged with murder, conspiracy to murder and illegal possession of a firearm on October 3.
