Buju Banton and Shenseea featured on Kanye’s DONDA album

Dancehall entertainer Shenseea is again showing gratitude to rapper Kanye West after she scored two songs on his highly anticipated DONDA album.

On Sunday, the Sheng Yeng Boss, via her official Instagram platform, wrote, “People will say they support me but showing that support is what counts! @kanyewest I can’t thank you enough for it all. “Shenseea continued, “The insight, the exposure, opportunity, support etc… You could’ve picked any other female artiste but you chose ME! As you said, “This is only the beginning #DONDA not 1 but TWO songs on this amazing album. God is great. I know the Caribbean proud a me. Which is your fav??? 1 or 2??”

Shenseea is featured twice on Kanye West’s 10th studio album, Donda. ‘Pure Souls’ with Roddy Rich, is now No. 36 on the iTunes Hip Hop chart, while ‘Ok Ok pt 2’ with Rooga is at No. 122.

In relating news, Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian-West reposted Shenseea’s patios lyrics from OK OK pt 2, which was released over the weekend. Shenseea has since reposted Kim K, and again expressed gratitude for the support.

The 26-track album also features Dancehall star Buju Banton on a track titled, ‘Believe What I Say.’

Since its release Sunday, Kanye West’s “Donda” is already creating waves after being ranked Apple Music’s top album in 130 countries, the most #1 entries in history.
