Former Police Constable, Collis “Chucky” Brown is expected to give his defence, when his trial resumes in the Home Circuit Court, today.
Last Friday, the Crown closed it case in the matter, and Brown’s attorney Norman Godfrey, made a no case submission in the absence of the jury.
Brown is on trial for the January 2009, murder of Robert ‘Gutty’ Dawkins, and the December 2012, murders of Dwayne Douglas, and Andrew Fearon in Clarendon.
He is also facing one count of wounding with intent, and one count of conspiracy to murder.
He has been in custody since 2014.
The former constable had given an interview to Indecom, outlining how extra judicial killings were carried-out, by a special squad, of which he was a member.
