The number of persons hospitalised with Covid-19, continues to rise.
The Health Ministry says 475 persons are hospitalised with the virus.
Among them are 44 who are critically ill and 55 who are moderately ill.
Meantime, Jamaica recorded four more Covid-19 related deaths yesterday (March 27), pushing the tally to 570.
The deceased are two men, aged 53 and 73, from St. Catherine and Portland, respectively, and two women, one aged 78 from Westmoreland and the other aged 79 from Kingston and St. Andrew.
One death is under investigation.
Meantime, 480 new cases were recorded yesterday, pushing the case count to 38,227.
Of the new cases 257 are females and 223 are males.
Their ages range from 1 year to 96 years.
Kingston and St. Andrew recorded the highest number of cases with 123, followed by St. Catherine with 103.
St. Ann had 42 cases, St. James 39, St. Thomas 29, Portland 28, Trelawny 23, Manchester 21, St. Elizabeth 19, Westmoreland 17, Hanover 16, Clarendon 11 and St. Mary 9.
20,200 cases are active, while 17,197 persons have recovered.
