The body of the man who was being sought in connection with the death of 25-year-old Khyhymn Campbell was found Thursday (September 6).
The body of 59-year-old Linton Stephenson was discovered by police investigators who went to his home today as part of their investigations. It’s suspected that he committed suicide.
Head of the Manchester Police, Superintendent Wayne Cameron, says the detectives went to the house at about 3:45 PM and saw a swarm of flies near a window which aroused their suspicion.
The lawmen gained entry to the premises and discovered the decomposing body believed to be that of Stephenson.

Campbell’s body was found wrapped in a sheet and placed in an igloo on the backseat of a motorcar with its throat slashed on August 28.
Reports from the Mandeville police are that about 1:25 AM on the day in question, a team was on mobile patrol when a grey Toyota Starlet motorcar was seen parked along the Winston Jones Highway with the front doors open.
Checks were made and Campbell’s body was found wrapped in a sheet and placed in an igloo on the backseat with its throat slashed.
