JTB pushes social media marketing for brand Jamaica

The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) is putting more emphasis on the use of social media in marketing the country.Chairman of the JTB Denis Morrison says it has been found that nowadays television advertising doesn't necessarily bring a high return on investment.He says, the JTB will be working closely with the US based Southwest Airlines in its social media campaigns to enhance Jamaica’s presence in the US marketplace.
