Probe continues into seizure of large quantity of cocaine at Ian Fleming International Airport

The police are working towards achieving set targets as the probe continues into the seizure of a large quantity of cocaine at the Ian Fleming International Airport in St. Mary, last month.

Speaking at a press briefing yesterday (October 4), Police Commissioner Major General Antony Anderson pointed out that investigations into the Ian Fleming seizure as well as another at the Sangster International Airport in St. James, are ongoing.

One suspect held in relation to the Sangster case is expected to be charged soon.

And Head of the Crime and Security Portfolio, Deputy Commissioner of Police Fitz Bailey said there is an end goal to the investigation.
