Reggae boy Tyreek Magee to suit up for Colorado Switchbacks in USL Soccer Championship

Reggae boy Tyreek Magee will be plying his trade in the USL Soccer Championship in the united states with the Colorado Switchbacks.

Magee completed the switch from Belgian pro league side  Kas Eupen -the move is pending League and Federation approval.

During the current season with Kas Eupen, Magee has made five appearances for the Belgian side, all of which were substitutions – he competed for 88 minutes among those appearances.

The former Jamaica College player who has won the manning and Olivier shield with the Old Hope road based school,  has competed in four different international competitions for Jamaica the most notable being the Concacaf 2019 Gold Cup, and qualification matches for the 2022 Fifa World Cup. 

He has appeared in nine matches, starting three, for the Reggae Boyz, tallying 368 minutes.

Mcgee joins the Colorado switchbacks as they currently sits in second place in the western group of the USL championship with 16 points two behind Sacramento Republic FC.
